Exceptionally good value for your money and if you're cheap like myself, the Town Inn Suites might be the choice for you. Located at 620 Church Street on the northwest corner of Church & Charles St East, this apartment style hotel offers family friendly rooms, some with kitchenettes and within walking distance of many attractions, Toronto Reference Library, the Mink Mile, Grace and Wellesley Hospitals, tons of restaurants, Yorkville, Allan Gardens, Gay Village and Longos & Loblaw grocery stores. Church Street is actually a relatively quiet street within the Bloor Yonge neighbourhood. Rooms have been updated and the staff is friendly, professional and extremely efficient. We had an issue with the in-room phone, needed a can opener and extra blankets, issues were all dealt with promptly. On-site garage parking is available at additional charge but there's a Green P garage available nearby too. 'O Noir' is a below street level restaurant that focusses on a sensory dining experience and located immediately outside the hotel's main entrance. Reservations recommended. TTC stations located at 33 Hayden Street (Yonge/Bloor) and Wellesley station. No TTC buses run on this section of Church Street.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep and go, this is a great stay. If you’re looking for a short stay, no cooking, you’re good. Rooms were simple and newly renovated, our suite was meticulously cleaned, service downstairs was good. Bathroom set up and products were good. Shower pressure wasn’t fabulous. We would have preferred a few more items in the kitchen to make cooking easier. Overall it was a good stay.

The family had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk, who was always friendly, accommodating, and quick to help with any request, which made our visit feel truly welcoming.

After booking this place, I checked the reviews and they were pretty bad. I got scared and started regretting my decision, but I couldn’t change my reservation. So I decided to trust that everything would be okay and I’m so glad I did! The place is super cool. I really love how it feels like an apartment for an amazing price. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. I truly think this place deserves better and more honest reviews. The service and location are really good.

Right at church and Charles. Room was clean and updated. Pay parking available. We parked the car underground and didn't move it till we left. Can't say enough good things about this neighbourhood. My wife and I did a ton of exploring. Met and talked with several colourful characters. Cool stores and restaurants and a genuinely open and welcoming place. The staff at Town Inn were great. Im an early riser and was in and out several times between 4am and 7am. Very secure building at night and staff were very accommodating. We are planning another trip for June. Our weather was crappy this time. Can just imagine this place during Pride!! A couple of negatives.... No balconies. They are locked. This is an older apartment block converted to suites.several of the general access areas are showing there age. I.e. hallways, stairs ect. Overall a great stay.

Stayed here for three nights in January 2026, and it was outstanding. The location couldn't be better for downtown, right off Bloor/Yonge, but our room was on the 19th floor (with great views) and totally quiet. The suite was spacious, peaceful, and absolutely spotless, and the staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the hotel room. After reading several negative reviews, I was a little leery about spending the night at the Town Inn; however, the experience proved to be quite the opposite. The place was welcoming. Upon opening the door, we were welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting/living room area. There is a double closet in the living room, as well as the bedroom, providing plenty of storage space. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, but because of the faulty knob, we couldn't shower. The bedroom was bright, clean, and inviting. That said, the mattress was quite hard and the pillows uncomfortable, which unfortunately did not allow for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was equipped with minimal kitchenware and utensils. A few more forks and spoons would have been appreciated, as there were only three forks and two spoons—insufficient for four people. Nevertheless, everything was clean and tidy. While it wasn’t meticulously spotless, it was satisfactory. The blue recycling box was also appreciated, as it helped keep the recyclables out of the garbage. Unfortunately, the phone served more as decoration, as there was no dial tone. To make any request, one had to physically go to the front desk. Whoever installed the door latch didn't check its safety. It was screwed on backward, hence making it useless. Trying to exit the hotel’s underground parking is an adventure in itself. We kept driving around and around, unsure of where to go. There are numerous signs directing guests to the stairway leading to the hotel, yet not a single sign indicating how to exit the parking area. Driving in circles was both scary and extremely frustrating. Overall, we, along with our four-legged pet, did enjoy our stay at this establishment and will certainly return when visiting Toronto again.

I have booked a non-refundable room at Town Inn Suites Hotel for Monday ,Jan 26th, 2025, but our flight got canceled because of the snow storm. I explained the situation and they were very kind and have allowed us to check in on Tuesday at 11:00am and check out at 3:00 pm, so we could get some rest after a red eye flight before going back home. They gave us a big 2 bedroom suite, that was spotless. Stuff was very helpful and professional.
